Our Five Star Service does exactly what it says on the tin.
It’s a stress-free way of getting your purchase into your home, set up, and looked after in the long run – and it’s included with every one of our products.
Getting your product home is easy – delivery is included as part of our Five Star Service in the weekly payment.
Delivery is arranged for a day to suit you and is usually within seven days of placing your order*. Find out more about delivery.
Our installation service makes light work of setting up your new product.
A technician will unwrap, assemble and install your product for you. And they’ll even take away the packaging for recycling. Find out more about installation.
Your product is covered by ServicePlus – relax, all of this is included in the weekly payment.
What does ServicePlus include?
- Unlimited repairs if your product breaks
- Loan products if we have to take it away for repair**
- Like-for-like replacement if we can’t fix it
